What an incredible day for our students!
We were honoured to welcome Lauren Williams to Preston for an exclusive two-hour training session, giving our students the opportunity to learn from one of Britain's greatest Taekwondo athletes.

Throughout the session, Lauren shared the technical skills, tactics, and mindset that have helped her reach the very top of the sport. Students were able to experience world-class coaching first-hand, ask questions, and gain valuable insight into what it takes to compete on the biggest stages in Taekwondo.
The atmosphere throughout the seminar was fantastic, with students working hard, pushing themselves, and making the most of this unique opportunity. It was brilliant to see athletes of different ages and experience levels learning together and challenging themselves under Lauren's guidance.
We would also like to say a huge thank you to Summerlands Taekwondo and Ultimate Greater Manchester for bringing their students along to train with us. It was fantastic to see clubs coming together to share knowledge, build friendships, and create such a positive training environment. Events like these demonstrate the strength of the Taekwondo community and how much we can all achieve by supporting one another.
A special thank you also goes to Lauren for taking the time to visit Preston and share her knowledge, experience, and passion for the sport. We know our students left the session feeling motivated and inspired, with plenty of new ideas to take back into their own training.
We hope this is the first of many opportunities to welcome elite athletes to our club and continue providing our students with unforgettable experiences that help them grow both as martial artists and as individuals.
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a memorable success!
