Disciplinary Procedure and Complaints 

This Policy applies to all members and connected participants of Total Taekwondo including but not limited to athletes, coaches, officials, club welfare officers, volunteers and parents/carers of those members aged under 18. Hereafter, referred to as, Relevant Persons.

The purpose of the Policy is to provide a transparent mechanism for resolving complaints involving Relevant Persons of Total Taekwondo.

 

For the Policy to be implemented a complaint must be made that relates to a breach of the policies of Total Taekwondo or otherwise involve an allegation of misconduct or behaviour that could bring the sport, martial art or Total Taekwondo into disrepute. This includes activity in the club, at any club, or domestic and national competitions.
