Payment Schedule:

1. All membership fees are paid via direct debit on a monthly basis.

2. Membership fees are based on 44 weeks of training per year. Payments are evenly spread across the 12-month period, ensuring consistency for both members and the school.

Insurance:

1. The annual fee, which is paid separately to your Monthly memberships covers your annual insurance.

2. Total Taekwondo reserves the right to take the annual fee by your direct debit if not paid 2 weeks after becoming a member or renewal.

Class Inclusions:

1. The membership fees cover regularly scheduled classes only.

2. Extra one-off classes, seminars, or training camps are optional and charged separately. Participation in these additional events is not covered by the standard membership fee.

​Missed Classes & Make-Up Sessions:

1. Direct debits will not be paused for holidays or missed classes.

2. Members who miss a class can make it up by attending another location or by taking additional classes the following week, depending on class availability.

Failed Direct Debit / Late Payment Fees:

1. If a direct debit fails or payment is not made on time, a £5 late payment fee will be charged. This fee will be added to your next direct debit payment.

 

Cancellations & Adjustments:

1. Should you wish to cancel or modify your membership, please provide one month’s notice in writing.

Refunds 

Please note that Total Taekwondo does not issue refunds for missed classes.
