Incredible Results at the 4th Gajok Poomsae Championships!


We had an amazing day at the 4th Gajok Poomsae Championships, and I couldn't be prouder of our small but mighty team! The energy was high, the competition fierce, and the camaraderie on display was something truly special.


🏆 Results Highlights:

  • Edward – 🥇 Individual Gold + 🥇 Gold in Pair with Naomi + 🥈 Silver in Family Pair with Blancka

  • Blancka – 🥇 Individual Gold + 🥈 Silver in Family Pair with Edward

  • Naomi – 🥇 Individual Gold + 🥇 Gold in Pair with Edward

  • Norah – 🥈 Individual Silver

  • Nelly – 🥉 Individual Bronze

  • Holly – 🥉 Individual Bronze

  • Luca, Oliver, and Jacob – No medals this time, but they stepped off the mats from their first-ever Poomsae competition full of determination and ready for the next one!


A huge congratulations to Edward for being named Best Male Athlete of the event – a truly well-deserved recognition for his hard work and performance.

What made this competition particularly special was that everyone except Edward, Blancka, and Naomi were first-time competitors. The courage, focus, and discipline they showed stepping into the arena for the first time was genuinely inspiring.

A heartfelt thank you to Edward, Naomi, and Blancka for leading by example. Your performances were outstanding, but even more importantly, your support and encouragement made a huge difference to our newer team members. You're not just great athletes – you're fantastic teammates and role models.
