In the heart of Harrogate, amidst the buzz of eager competitors and enthusiastic spectators, a small but determined team from Total Taekwondo stepped onto the mats of the 8th Mayor Cup Poomsae Championships. Led by their passion for martial arts and fuelled by their dedication to excellence, Emily, Charlie, Blancka, Naomi, and Eddie showcased their skills and spirit on Saturday, April 6th, 2024.


The competition was fierce, with participants from various clubs and backgrounds converging to demonstrate their mastery of taekwondo forms. For our team, it was a blend of excitement and nerves as they faced both familiar and new challenges in their respective categories.


Among the standout performances of the day was Blancka's stunning display in the individual category.
