Draft for Total Taekwondo to review before going live. This explains what we collect when you book a free trial and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name, the name and age of the person training, your email address, phone number (optional), the class you booked and how you heard about us.

Why we collect it

To book your trial class, send you confirmation and reminder emails, and follow up afterwards about joining. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. You can stop follow-up emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each one.

Who can see it

Only Total Taekwondo staff. Your data is stored securely with our hosting and database providers in the UK or EU and is never sold.

How long we keep it

If you don't join, we delete trial details after 12 months.

Cookies

We only use cookies that the site needs to work (for example your basket and logging in to My Total), plus the Meta pixel if you say yes.

The Meta pixel is from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). If you accept, it tells Meta which pages you visit on our site and when you book a free trial or join, so we can see which of our ads work and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account. It does not load unless you tap Accept, and you can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@totaltaekwondo.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
