Total Taekwondo is seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. As a Sports Coach, you will have the exciting opportunity to teach martial arts to our youngest students, affectionately known as our "ninjas," aged 3-6. This role is perfect for a university student looking to gain valuable teaching experience while pursuing their studies.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead engaging and interactive Taekwondo classes for children aged 3-6, focusing on fundamental techniques, coordination, and discipline.

2. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters confidence and self-esteem in young students.

3. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to ensure the progression of skills and abilities.

4. Provide individualised attention and feedback to students to facilitate their learning and development.

5. Maintain a safe and organised training area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

4. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs and learning styles of individual students.

5. Martial arts experience is preferred but not required.

6. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality instruction.

7. Must be 18+

8. Must undertake a Full DBS Check.
