Service Description

Beginner Total Taekwondo class is a supportive and encouraging class where students can learn the fundamental techniques and principles of Taekwondo. Led by experienced instructors, the class focuses on improving physical fitness, coordination, and mental discipline through a variety of drills and exercises. Students will learn basic kicks, punches, blocks, stances, and sparring/self-defense skills. The goal of the class is to provide beginners with a solid foundation in Taekwondo and the confidence to continue their martial arts journey.
